Important: Ridgy Didge Flat Pack BBQ is manufactured from raw mild steel and is supplied ready for seasoning just like cast iron cookware. As part of the manufacturing process, it may have light residues such as machining dust, oils or handling marks.

Before first use, thoroughly wash the product with warm soapy water, rinse well and dry completely. We then recommend seasoning the cooking surfaces before cooking. Refer to the care and seasoning instructions included with your Ridgy Didge BBQ.
