Return & Refund Policy

At Cut & Fold Fabrications, we take pride in manufacturing quality Australian-made products and stand behind the workmanship of every Ridgy Didge Flat-Pack BBQ.

This policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or differs significantly from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace or refund the product, as appropriate, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect or abuse.
  • Incorrect assembly or failure to follow the supplied care and safety instructions.
  • Damage resulting from improper seasoning or maintenance.
  • Surface rust, flash rust, heat tinting, seasoning marks or natural discolouration associated with mild steel.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by exposure to saltwater or harsh environmental conditions.
  • Damage caused during transport where the product has been used or assembled before being reported.
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
  • Warping caused by excessive heat or misuse.

How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

To request a return or make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@cutfoldfab.com.au and include:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • Proof of purchase or order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and the affected area.

We will assess your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy is provided in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
