Shipping Policy

At Cut & Fold Fabrications, we currently ship Australia-wide.

Order Processing

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods or if a product is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take a little longer. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide an updated dispatch estimate.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are intended as a guide only. While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Cut & Fold Fabrications is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@cutfoldfab.com.au.

Please include:

Your order number or proof of purchase.
Photographs of the product.
Photographs of the packaging.
A brief description of the damage.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Authority to Leave

If you select Authority to Leave (ATL) during checkout or directly with the shipping carrier, the parcel will be left at your nominated address at your own risk. Cut & Fold Fabrications is not responsible for loss or theft after the parcel has been delivered in accordance with the Authority to Leave instructions.
